Rules of visiting Willa Turkusowa

 

Apartment is rented for weekly cycle ( hotel night starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m. next day).
Check In: from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The day before arrival guest has to confirm and set the time of arrival.
Guest staying at the Villa is obligated to check-in.
The Villa is not adapted to the presence of animals therefore we can not accept people with their pets.
 

Guest In the Villa can not pass his room to other people, even if the room is paid.
Visitors (not our Guests) can stay in the apartment from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m.
The Villa can refuse to accept guest who violated the rules of vistiting by causing damage in the Villa or guests , employees or other people.
 

Entry and parking of vehicles is allowed only in designeted areas. Parking is free of charge, unguarded. Owner of the area and tenant are not responsible for vehicles and it’s content left on parking. Only one parking place is assigned to one apartment.
 

Curfew In the Villa : from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m            
People’s behavior in the Villa should not disturb the other guests staying. We can refuse to provide  services to a person who violates this rule.
 
In the Villa it is forbidden:
a. disruptive e.g. listening to loud music,
b. inviting guests (who are not the Villa’s guests) in rooms without consent of the host,
c. people’s behavior in the Villa should not disturb the other guests staying, the Villa can refuse         to provide services to a person who violates this rule,
d. behaviour commonly considered indecent.
 
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to people:
a. under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
b. behaving aggressively, In a manner widely recognized as vulgar.
 
People who violate the rules of these Regulations will be required to leave the resort without refund.
 

The Villa’s Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices object arising from his fault or the fault of people visiting him. Any damage, loss of equipment, etc. must be reported to the person responsible for the object.
For damage caused in the apartment, damaged furniture, etc., will be drawn amount  corresponding to the damage.
If you leave dirty microwave, dishes and pots and do not remove all garbage on the day of departure the amount of 50 PLN will be drawn.
The day before the day of departure, must be reported time of departure to the managing person. The managing person will review the apartament and recive the keys 15 min. before leaving the apartment.
 

Rented apartments are exposed also on sale, and therefore some of them may be removed from the offer. In such a situation we will presente a similar offer, better - with no change in price or refund of prepaid funds.
For the reservation we require prepeyment -  25% of the amount due. Prepeyment is irreclaimable.
In case of cancellation, if it was paid a prepayment, you can choose another date to stay on - if  apartament is available.
 

 Before receiving the keys to the apartment there must be paid a refundable deposit in the amount of  300 PLN. The damage will be settled with the deposit - if tere is no damage the whole deposit will be returned.
 For the 7-days stay there will be charge of 50 PLN for arrival service. There is no arrival service charge for stays over 7 days.

For bike rentals are special regulations

We rent and are responsible only for the apartments shown on www.willaturkusowa.pl.
